About this service

What Airline and Aviation Uniform Manufacturing in Faisalabad Covers

Airline and Aviation Uniform Manufacturing in Faisalabad is the industrial process of producing pilot uniforms, cabin crew dresses, ground staff coveralls, high-visibility vests and airport service wear to an airline's own specification. It starts with fabric selection: wool-blend suiting for blazers, poly-cotton poplin for shirts, and stretch twill for trousers that hold a crease through a 14-hour duty day. Then pattern development, grading across 12 to 20 sizes, cutting, stitching, embroidery, button and epaulette attachment, pressing and final inspection before packing.

Faisalabad is Pakistan's textile heartland, so the raw material sits on our doorstep. That matters when an airline needs 1,500 shirts in a single colourway and the mill can deliver greige fabric in 10 days instead of 30. We handle bulk uniform manufacturing and wholesale supply for carriers, ground handling agents and aviation catering firms, plus made-to-measure uniform manufacturing for senior crew who need a blazer that actually fits. Most Faisalabad-area clients place their first order as a 20-piece sample run, then scale to full production once the fit and colour are signed off.

What's included

What's Included in Our Aviation Uniform Manufacturing

Every aviation uniform order includes pattern development, sample production, bulk cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing, inspection and packing. Fabric sourcing is included if you want us to supply; if you supply your own fabric, we cut and stitch on a CMT basis. Add-ons like individual name embroidery, custom linings and rush scheduling are quoted separately.

✓

Pattern Development and Grading

We draft your base pattern block from your spec or reference garment, then grade it across 12 to 20 sizes with 2cm chest increments and separate tall, regular and short leg lengths. Pattern blocks are archived for future reorders.

✓

Sample and Prototype Production

A 3 to 5 piece sample set cut in 10 to 14 days so you can test fit, fabric and embroidery on real crew before committing to bulk. One free re-sample is included if the fit needs adjustment.

✓

Bulk Cutting and Stitching

Full production runs from 100 to 5,000 pieces per style. Panels are numbered and bundled by size to prevent mixing. Blazers get half-canvas fronts and taped shoulder seams; trousers get reinforced seat and knee panels.

✓

Logo Embroidery and Badge Attachment

Wing badges, epaulette stripes, chest logos and name tags embroidered with 40-weight polyester thread at 8 to 10 stitches per mm. Digitising included. Holds through 50-plus industrial wash cycles at 60C.

✓

Finishing, Inspection and Packing

Every garment passes a 14-point inspection covering seams, buttons, embroidery, measurements and colour match. Then pressed, poly-bagged and cartoned by size with a packing list inside each box.

✓

Export Documentation and Shipping

For international clients, our export desk handles commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and shipping coordination. FOB Karachi or air freight, whichever suits your timeline and budget.

How it works

How Our Aviation Uniform Production Process Runs

01

Spec and Fabric Review

You send us your uniform manual, reference garments or photos. We sit down with your HR or procurement contact, confirm fabric weights (typically 220-260 gsm for blazers, 120-140 gsm for shirts), colour references and trim details. This call takes 45 to 90 minutes. We come back with a written quote and a fabric swatch card within 3 working days.

02

Pattern and Sample

Our pattern master drafts your base block, grades it across your size range, and cuts a 3 to 5 piece sample set. You get a physical sample garment in 10 to 14 days. Wear it, wash it, test the fit on real crew. We adjust and re-sample once at no extra cost if the fit needs work.

03

Bulk Cutting

Once you sign off the sample, we lay and cut the full order. A 1,200-piece run takes 4 to 6 days on the cutting table. Every panel is numbered and bundled by size so stitching lines don't mix sizes. Fabric wastage on aviation suiting runs 8 to 12 percent, and we report actual consumption against the quote.

04

Stitching and Finishing

Garments move through dedicated stitching lines, then to embroidery, button and epaulette attachment, and finally pressing. Aviation blazers get a half-canvas front and taped seams at the shoulder and armhole. Each garment is inspected against a 14-point checklist before it's folded and poly-bagged.

05

Packing and Delivery

We pack by size and by name if you supply a crew list, then carton with a packing list inside each box. Faisalabad city delivery is same-week. Nationwide dispatch to Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad runs 2 to 4 days by freight. Export orders ship FOB Karachi or by air freight, with documents handled by our export desk.

Tools & methods

Tools and Methods Behind Our Aviation Uniforms

Purpose-built equipment, used by trained technicians — so the job is done accurately the first time.

12-Head Embroidery Machines

Used for wing badges, epaulette stripes and chest logos. 12 heads run simultaneously, so a 500-piece logo order completes in 3 to 4 days instead of 10. In-house digitising means same-day turnaround on logo files.

Straight-Knife Cutting Machines

For bulk cutting of suiting and twill. A 1,200-piece run takes 4 to 6 days on the table. Panels are numbered and bundled by size to prevent mixing during stitching.

Industrial Lockstitch and Overlock Machines

Standard stitching for shirts, trousers and blazers. Overlock machines finish seams on poly-cotton garments to prevent fraying under industrial washing.

Bartack Machines

Reinforce stress points at pocket corners, belt loops and buttonholes. Aviation uniforms take more abuse than office wear, and bartacks prevent the seam failures that force early replacement.

Fusing and Pressing Equipment

Fusing presses attach interlining to blazer fronts and collars. Steam pressing sets the final shape and removes wrinkles before packing.

Colour Matching Light Booth

Standardised lighting for checking colour match between fabric batches and against the retained shade swatch. Prevents the batch-to-batch colour drift that plagues aviation uniform programmes.

Real results

Before and after.

Private Airline Cabin Crew Uniform Rebrand

Before

A Lahore-based private airline was rebranding and needed 1,200 cabin crew uniforms in a new colourway. Their previous supplier had delivered mismatched navy across batches, and alteration rates were running at 18 percent.

After

We developed a new pattern block, cut samples in 12 days, and ran the full 1,200-piece order in 34 working days. Colour matched across all pieces using dye-lot traceability. Alteration rate dropped to 4.2 percent.

Airport Ground Staff Hi-Vis Order

Before

A Faisalabad ground handling company needed 800 hi-vis coveralls and vests before a safety audit in 6 weeks. Their previous vendor couldn't meet the timeline and the reflective tape on their existing kit was failing.

After

We cut samples in 11 days, approved the second sample, and shipped the full 800-piece order in 29 working days. Reflective tape certified to EN ISO 20471 passed the audit first time.

Pilot Blazer Fit Improvement Programme

Before

An aviation services company in Karachi was buying pilot blazers from an importer. Fit was inconsistent, alteration rates hit 15 percent, and blazers lost their shape after 10 dry cleans due to fused fronts.

After

We graded the pattern across 16 sizes with separate tall and regular lengths, switched to half-canvas construction, and ran 120 blazers with individual name embroidery. Alteration rate came in at 3.8 percent.

Problems we solve

Aviation Uniform Problems We Solve for Faisalabad Clients

Aviation uniforms fail in predictable ways: colour drift between batches, seams that split under repeated washing, embroidery that peels, and sizing that forces expensive alterations. We build our process around preventing all four.

Ask a pro →
01

Colour mismatch between reorder batches

We dye-lot tag every roll of fabric and keep a retained shade swatch of your approved colour on file. When you reorder 18 months later, we pull the archive and match it. Batch traceability is documented on every order.

↗
02

Seams splitting after repeated industrial washing

We tape shoulder and armhole seams, use half-canvas fronts on blazers, and cross-stitch buttons with polyester thread. These details add 3 to 5 percent to cost and double the garment's service life under industrial washing.

↗
03

Embroidery peeling or fading

We embroider with 40-weight polyester thread at 8 to 10 stitches per mm, not heat-pressed vinyl. That holds through 50-plus industrial wash cycles at 60C. We digitise your logo once and re-run it exactly on every reorder.

↗
04

Poor fit causing expensive alterations

We grade your pattern across 12 to 20 sizes with 2cm chest increments and separate tall, regular and short leg lengths. Clients typically see alteration rates drop from 15 percent to under 5 percent after switching to us.

Transparent pricing

Aviation Uniform Manufacturing Pricing in Faisalabad

PKR 1,400 - PKR 11,000 per garment depending on style, fabric and volume

Aviation uniform pricing depends on fabric, construction details, embroidery and order volume. Typical 2026 pricing in Faisalabad runs PKR 1,400 to PKR 2,200 per cabin crew shirt, PKR 2,800 to PKR 4,500 per trouser or skirt, and PKR 6,500 to PKR 11,000 per wool-blend pilot blazer at 500-piece volumes. Small orders under 100 pieces cost 20 to 35 percent more per unit because setup and cutting costs spread across fewer garments. We quote line by line so you see what fabric, stitching and embroidery each contribute.

Factory-direct pricing means you skip the trading-house markup. Because we cut, stitch and embroider in-house, the money goes into fabric and construction rather than middlemen. Clients typically see 10 to 20 percent lower landed cost than importing, with faster reorders and consistent colour.

01Fabric Selection

Wool-blend suiting at 240-260 gsm costs more than poly-cotton poplin. A blazer in 100 percent wool runs 40 to 60 percent higher than a wool-poly blend. We quote fabric separately so you can see the cost difference and choose based on your crew's climate and wash cycle.

03Construction Details

Half-canvas blazer fronts, taped seams and reinforced stress points add 3 to 5 percent to unit cost but double garment service life. For aviation uniforms washed 2 to 3 times a week, this pays back within 12 months.

04Embroidery Complexity

A single chest logo adds PKR 80 to PKR 150 per garment. Wing badges, epaulette stripes and multiple logo positions add PKR 250 to PKR 500. Complex multi-colour logos with fine detail cost more to digitise and run.

“We needed 800 ground staff coveralls and hi-vis vests in six weeks. A.G. Fabrics cut samples in 11 days, we approved the second sample, and the full order shipped in 29 working days. The reflective tape passed our safety audit first time. Colour matched the previous supplier's batch, which was the main worry.”

Most aviation uniform orders in Faisalabad run PKR 1,400 to PKR 2,200 per shirt, PKR 2,800 to PKR 4,500 per trouser or skirt, and PKR 6,500 to PKR 11,000 per wool-blend blazer at 500-piece volumes. Our minimum for a full production run is 100 pieces per style. For sample and prototype development we cut as few as 3 to 5 pieces so you can test fit and fabric before committing. Many Faisalabad-area clients start with a 20-piece pilot run for senior crew, then scale to 500 or 1,000 pieces once the pattern is signed off.

From pattern approval to delivered cartons, a 1,000 to 1,500 piece aviation order takes 25 to 35 working days. Sample development adds 10 to 14 days at the front. Rush orders can be compressed to 18 to 22 working days with a surcharge, but we only accept rush slots when the fabric is already in stock and the pattern is approved.

Yes. We produce cabin crew dresses, pilot blazers, ground staff coveralls, high-visibility vests and airport service wear under one roof, so you get one supplier, one colour standard and one delivery schedule. Ground staff coveralls are cut from 240-260 gsm poly-cotton twill with reflective tape to EN ISO 20471 where required. Cabin crew garments use lighter suiting and stretch fabrics for comfort on long rotations.
