About this service

What OEM and Private Label Uniform Manufacturing in Faisalabad Covers

OEM and Private Label Uniform Manufacturing in Faisalabad is contract uniform production where the finished garment carries your brand label, your size grading and your packaging, while we handle cutting, stitching, embroidery, printing and finishing. It suits buyers who sell uniforms under their own name or supply staff fleets directly. We work from your tech pack, a physical sample or a sketch, then build the pattern, source the fabric and run the order through our Faisalabad unit.

Local buyers come to us because Faisalabad sits inside Pakistan's largest textile cluster, so greige cloth, dyeing, embroidery thread and trims are all within a few kilometres. That short supply chain keeps lead times tight and lets us quote bulk uniform manufacturing and wholesale supply at factory rates. If you are sourcing private label workwear from overseas and want a Pakistani manufacturing partner who speaks your sizing language, this is the service built for that.

What's included

What Our Private Label Uniform Service Includes

Every OEM and private label uniform order covers pattern development, fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, branding, inspection and packing. You approve the sample before bulk starts, and you get the fabric test report with the shipment. Custom-dyed fabric, made-to-measure pieces and export documentation are quoted separately when your order needs them.

✓

Pattern and Size Grading

We build your production pattern from a sketch, reference garment or tech pack, then grade it from XS to 5XL. Your blocks stay on file for future reorders, so the second run matches the first without a fresh sampling cycle.

✓

Fabric Sourcing and Testing

We source poly-cotton, cotton drill, ripstop, canvas and FR-treated cloth from Faisalabad mills. Each lot is checked for GSM, shrinkage and colourfastness before cutting, and the test report travels with your shipment.

✓

Cutting, Stitching and Finishing

Fabric is spread, marker-cut and bundle-numbered so panels stay matched. Stitching runs on Juki and Brother lines, followed by trimming, pressing and bar-tacking at stress points like pocket mouths and fly seams.

✓

Logo Branding In-House

Embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer all run on site. That covers chest logos, sleeve badges, back prints, name tapes and reflective strips without sending garments to a third-party branding vendor.

✓

Your Labels and Packaging

We stitch in your woven labels, print your neck tags and attach your size tabs. Finished garments are packed in your polybags and cartons with your shipping marks, barcodes and handling symbols.

✓

Inspection and Dispatch

Every order passes a final inspection against your AQL checklist before packing. We photograph the finished cartons and share dispatch details the same day goods leave the unit, whether by road or sea freight.

How it works

How Our OEM Uniform Manufacturing Process Runs

01

Brief and Quote

You send your design, reference sample or tech pack, plus target quantity and sizes. We review fabric options, branding method and packing needs, then send a written quote within 48 hours. If you only have a photo and a rough idea, we can still quote from that.

02

Pattern and Sampling

Our pattern master builds the block and grades it across your size range. We stitch a pre-production sample in your chosen fabric with your label attached. You approve it, request changes, or ask for a second sample. Sampling usually takes 10 to 14 days.

03

Fabric Sourcing

Once the sample is signed off, we lock the fabric lot. For a 2,000-piece poly-cotton order that means roughly 4,500 metres of cloth, sourced from Faisalabad mills and checked for shade, shrinkage and GSM before cutting starts. You get the test report with the shipment.

04

Cutting and Stitching

Fabric goes through spreading, marker cutting and bundle numbering so every panel matches its garment. Our stitching lines run on Juki and Brother machines with dedicated operators per operation. A 2,000-piece run typically clears the floor in 12 to 18 working days.

05

Branding and Packing

Logo embroidery, screen printing or heat transfer goes on after stitching. Garments are trimmed, pressed, inspected against your AQL checklist and packed in your polybags and cartons. We photograph the finished cartons and share dispatch details the same day they leave the unit.

Tools & methods

Tools and Methods Behind Our Uniform Production

Purpose-built equipment, used by trained technicians — so the job is done accurately the first time.

Juki Industrial Sewing Machines

Single-needle lockstitch machines used for main seams, topstitching and detail work. They hold consistent stitch density across long production runs, which keeps a 5,000-piece order uniform from first garment to last.

Brother Overlock Machines

Used for edge finishing and seam reinforcement on knit and woven uniforms. Proper overlocking stops fraying at collar, cuff and hem edges after repeated industrial washing.

Bar-Tack Machines

Reinforce stress points like pocket mouths, fly seams, belt loops and vent corners. Bar-tacking is what stops a workwear trouser from splitting at the pocket after a few months of daily use.

Multi-Head Embroidery Machines

Run up to 12 heads for multi-colour logo embroidery on chests, sleeves, caps and name tapes. Production-speed embroidery keeps branding in-house and on schedule with the stitching line.

Screen Printing Carousel

Applies back prints, reflective strips and small-detail graphics that embroidery cannot reproduce. Carousel printing gives consistent ink coverage across large runs of shirts and vests.

Heat Transfer Press

Bonds printed transfers and reflective tape to fabric for high-visibility and sports-style uniforms. It handles small logos and number sets that would be slow or costly to embroider.

Fabric GSM Cutter and Shrinkage Test Kit

Verifies fabric weight and shrinkage before cutting starts. Testing at intake prevents a bulk order from shrinking out of size after the first wash.

Real results

Before and after.

School Supplier Rebuilds Size Consistency

Before

A Faisalabad school supplier was buying uniforms from three different stitching shops. Sizes ran differently across each source, so the same labelled size 30 fit three different ways and returns piled up every session.

After

We built one graded pattern block and produced 4,200 uniforms under the supplier's own label. Measurements matched across every carton, and returns dropped sharply in the first session after the switch.

Hospital Scrubs Colour-Coded by Department

Before

A private hospital group was issuing generic scrubs with no department distinction and no branding. Staff mixed up garments between wards, and the hospital had no consistent look for patients or visitors.

After

We produced 3,500 scrub sets in five department colours with embroidered logos and individual name tapes. Staff now receive correctly branded uniforms by ward, and the hospital reorders twice a year.

Security Firm Meets Contract Start Date

Before

A security company needed 1,800 tunics with rank insignia and reflective trim before a contract start, and their previous vendor had quoted eight weeks with branding outsourced to a separate printer.

After

We sampled in 12 days and delivered the full branded run in five weeks. Insignia placement was confirmed at sampling, and cartons were labelled by rank and size for distribution to regional offices.

Problems we solve

Uniform Sourcing Problems We Solve for Faisalabad Buyers

Most private label uniform projects stall on the same handful of issues: inconsistent sizing, shade drift between batches, branding done by a separate vendor, and reorders that come back different from the first run. We built our process around removing those risks before they reach your warehouse.

Ask a pro →
01

Size grading drifts between production batches

We keep your graded pattern blocks on file and cut every reorder from the same blocks. A 2,000-piece run and a 5,000-piece run come out with identical measurements at every size point, so your customers get the same fit each season.

↗
02

Fabric shade varies from the approved sample

We lock the fabric lot and the dye recipe at sampling stage, then test each bulk lot for shade before cutting. If a mill lot drifts outside tolerance, we reject it and source again rather than ship a mismatched batch.

↗
03

Branding handled by a separate vendor

Embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer all run inside our Faisalabad unit. Your order never leaves the building for branding, so the delivery date you were quoted is the date the finished, branded cartons ship.

↗
04

No clear pre-production approval step

We sample first, always. You wear and inspect the pre-production piece in your fabric with your label before bulk starts. Changes at that stage cost nothing; changes after bulk cutting cost everything.

Transparent pricing

What Private Label Uniform Manufacturing Costs

PKR 850 - PKR 3,400 per piece depending on fabric, branding and quantity

Private label uniform pricing in 2026 depends on fabric, branding method, quantity and packing spec. A basic poly-cotton shirt runs from around PKR 850 per piece at 1,000 units, while a 320 GSM FR-treated coverall with embroidery can reach PKR 3,400. We quote per style with fabric, stitching and branding broken out separately, so you can see exactly where the cost sits and adjust the spec before committing to bulk.

Factory-direct production in Faisalabad removes trading-house margin, and running cutting, stitching and branding under one roof removes coordination cost. You pay for the garment and the branding, not for three vendors passing the order between them.

01Fabric type and GSM

Poly-cotton twill sits at the lower end, while 300 to 320 GSM canvas, ripstop and FR-treated cloth push the per-unit cost up. Heavier fabric also uses more metres per garment, which compounds the difference across a large run.

03Branding method and positions

A single chest embroidery logo is the cheapest branding option. Adding sleeve badges, back prints, name tapes or reflective strips increases cost per position. Screen printing is cheaper than embroidery for large back graphics.

04Size range and grading

A standard S to XL range costs less to grade than an extended XS to 5XL set. Made-to-measure pieces within an order add individual pattern work and are quoted separately from the graded bulk.

What Our Uniform Buyers Say

★★★★★
“We needed 4,200 school shirts and trousers under our own label before the March session. A.G. Fabrics sampled in 12 days, matched our navy exactly and delivered the full run in five weeks. The size grading was consistent across every carton, which saved us a lot of sorting at the shop.”

★★★★★
“We ordered 1,800 security tunics with rank insignia, name tapes and reflective trim. The pre-production sample caught a collar issue before bulk, which we appreciated. Fabric held its colour after repeated washing. We have already placed a repeat order for winter jackets.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Most private label uniform orders land between PKR 850 and PKR 3,400 per piece in 2026, depending on fabric, branding and quantity. A basic poly-cotton school shirt sits near the lower end; a 320 GSM FR-treated coverall with embroidery sits at the top. Orders above 1,000 pieces drop the per-unit rate by 18 to 30 percent.

Our practical minimum is 300 pieces per style, and 500 pieces per colourway if you want custom-dyed fabric. Below that, sampling and setup costs push the per-unit price up sharply. Buyers who need mixed styles can combine them into one production run as long as the fabric and branding match.

Sampling takes 10 to 14 days from approved brief. Bulk production runs four to six weeks after sample sign-off for orders up to 5,000 pieces. Add one to two weeks for custom-dyed fabric or complex multi-position embroidery. Sea freight to Gulf ports adds roughly 7 to 12 days.

Yes. We stitch in your woven labels, print your neck tags, attach your size tabs and pack in your polybags and cartons. You supply the label artwork or we can produce labels locally to your design. Cartons can carry your shipping marks, barcodes and handling symbols for retail or warehouse delivery.
