About this service

What Custom Uniform Manufacturing in Faisalabad Covers

Custom uniform manufacturing is the process of turning a design, sample or size chart into finished garments built for a specific workforce. It starts with pattern development and fabric selection, moves through cutting, stitching, embroidery or printing, and ends with finishing, pressing and packing by size. Every step happens under one roof at our Faisalabad unit, so a 500-piece order for a hospital in Jaranwala and a 40-piece order for a hotel in Madina Town follow the same controlled process.

Faisalabad buyers usually come to us for one of three reasons: a school needs 1,200 shirts before the April session, a textile mill needs flame-resistant coveralls for its maintenance crew, or a security company needs 300 uniforms with embroidered badges in under three weeks. We handle all three because we control fabric sourcing, cutting and stitching in-house. If you need bulk uniform manufacturing and wholesale supply alongside a custom run, we can schedule both on the same production line.

What's included

What Our Custom Uniform Manufacturing Includes

Every custom uniform order includes pattern development, fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, finishing and packing. Branding through embroidery or printing is included when specified at quote stage. Sampling is included for orders above 200 pieces; below that, sampling is quoted separately so you only pay for what you need.

✓

Pattern Development and Grading

We build or adapt a pattern to your design and grade it across every size you need, from XS to 5XL. The pattern file is archived under your client record, so a reorder years later is cut to the same fit without re-measuring.

✓

Fabric Sourcing from Faisalabad Mills

We source poly-cotton, CVC, twill, ripstop, denim, FR and hi-vis fabric direct from Faisalabad mills. Mill lot numbers are recorded on your order file so the next run matches the colour and weight of the first.

✓

In-House Cutting and Stitching

Straight-knife and band-knife cutting, followed by single-needle, overlock and flatlock stitching. Bar-tacks are placed at pocket corners, belt loops and other stress points so the garment holds up through daily industrial or clinical wear.

✓

Logo Embroidery and Printing

Crests, name tags, department badges, monograms and back prints are applied in-house. We run a digitised or printed strike-off for your approval before the bulk run, so placement and colour are locked in before any garment is branded.

✓

Quality Inspection and Size-Banded Packing

Every garment is thread-trimmed, pressed and inspected against your approved sample. Cartons are packed by size and labelled, which makes distribution on delivery day straightforward for schools, hospitals and factories.

✓

Delivery Across Faisalabad and Beyond

We deliver anywhere in Faisalabad city and ship to other cities and export destinations through our regular freight partners. Export packing and documentation are handled in-house for clients in the Gulf, Europe and North America.

How it works

How Our Uniform Manufacturing Process Works

01

Spec and Quote

You send us a sample, a photo, a size chart or even a rough sketch. We confirm fabric, GSM, colour, trims, logo placement and quantity, then send a written quote the same working day. For first-time buyers we also flag which fabric choices add cost and which do not.

02

Sampling and Approval

Before any bulk cutting, we stitch one or two sample pieces in your chosen fabric. You check fit, colour, stitching and logo placement. Sampling usually takes 3 to 5 working days, and nothing moves to the cutting table until you approve the sample in writing or by WhatsApp.

03

Fabric Sourcing and Cutting

We pull fabric from our mill suppliers in Faisalabad and lay it out for cutting. A 1,000-piece order is typically cut in 2 to 3 days using straight-knife and band-knife machines. Every size is bundled and labelled before it reaches the stitching lines.

04

Stitching and Branding

Our stitching floor runs single-needle, overlock and flatlock machines, with bar-tacking at stress points like pocket corners and belt loops. Embroidery or printing is applied after assembly so the logo sits flat and stays sharp through repeated washing.

05

Finishing and Delivery

Every garment is thread-trimmed, pressed, inspected against your approved sample, and packed by size in polybags and cartons. We deliver anywhere in Faisalabad city, and ship to other cities and export destinations through our regular freight partners.

Tools & methods

Tools and Methods We Use

Purpose-built equipment, used by trained technicians — so the job is done accurately the first time.

Straight-Knife Cutting Machine

Cuts multiple fabric layers at once for bulk orders, keeping every piece in a size band identical. Essential for orders above 200 pieces where hand-cutting would introduce variation.

Band-Knife Cutting Machine

Handles curved and detailed pattern pieces that a straight knife cannot follow accurately. Used for collars, cuffs, armholes and any component where the curve affects fit.

Single-Needle Lockstitch Machines

The workhorse for seams, topstitching and detail work on shirts, trousers, blazers and coveralls. Gives a clean, strong stitch that holds up through industrial washing.

Overlock and Flatlock Machines

Finish raw edges and produce flat, comfortable seams on knit and stretch fabrics. Used on polo shirts, scrubs and any garment where seam bulk would irritate the wearer.

Multi-Head Embroidery Machines

Stitch crests, name tags, department badges and monograms across multiple garments at once. Digitised files are stored per client so repeat orders produce an identical stitch-out.

Screen Printing Carousel

Applies multi-colour back prints, sponsor logos and hi-vis markings at speed. A strike-off is printed first so colour and placement are approved before the bulk run.

Heat Transfer Press

Applies heat transfer prints and reflective tape with consistent pressure and temperature. Used where a printed or reflective element needs a flat, durable bond to the fabric.

Real results

Before and after.

School Session Order, Madina Town

Before

A school was ordering ready-made uniforms from a local trader and facing 200 to 300 size exchanges every session. Sizing was inconsistent between cartons, and the embroidered crest was often crooked or peeling within a month.

After

We developed a graded pattern across XS to 5XL, stitched a sample in four days, and delivered 1,200 shirts and 800 trousers in 14 working days with the crest embroidered in-house. Size exchanges dropped to under 40 pieces, and the crest has held through a full session.

Textile Mill FR Coveralls, Jaranwala Road

Before

A maintenance crew was wearing imported FR coveralls that were expensive and slow to replace. Reflective tape was peeling after three months, and reordering took six to eight weeks from overseas.

After

We sourced certified 280 GSM FR fabric locally, stitched a prototype for safety approval, and delivered 320 coveralls in 19 working days. Reflective tape is heat-applied and has held through six months of daily wear and repeated industrial washing.

Security Company Made-to-Measure Kit, D Ground

Before

A private security company was buying ready-made guard uniforms in bulk sizes, and the fit was poor across the team. Badges were sewn on by hand and often misaligned, and distribution on new-contract day took half a day.

After

We took individual measurements for 180 guards, cut to each person, and applied embroidered badges and name tags in-house. Delivery took 16 working days, and distribution on day one was completed in under an hour because every garment was labelled with the wearer's name.

Problems we solve

Problems We Solve for Uniform Buyers in Faisalabad

Uniform orders go wrong in predictable ways: inconsistent sizing, faded colour on the second wash, logos that peel after a month, and suppliers who miss deadlines. Here is how we handle each one.

Ask a pro →
01

Staff uniforms that fit badly across different body types

We grade patterns across XS to 5XL and, for made-to-measure clients, cut to individual measurements. Every garment is labelled with the wearer's name so distribution is quick and the fit is right on day one.

↗
02

Fabric that fades or shrinks after a few industrial washes

We match fabric to the wash cycle your team actually uses. Hospital scrubs get 65/35 poly-cotton that survives 60-degree washes; industrial coveralls get heavier GSM twill or FR fabric. Mill lot numbers are recorded so reorders match.

↗
03

Logos and badges that peel, crack or misalign

We digitise or print a strike-off and get your approval before the bulk run. Embroidery and printing are done in-house, so placement is checked on the first piece and repeated exactly across the full order.

↗
04

Suppliers who miss the deadline before a session or launch

We confirm the production window at quote stage and hold to it. A 300-piece order runs 12 to 15 working days; a 1,000-piece order runs 18 to 21. If your deadline is tight, we tell you before you place the order, not after.

Transparent pricing

Custom Uniform Manufacturing Pricing

PKR 1,200 - PKR 6,500 per piece depending on fabric, quantity and branding

Custom uniform pricing in Faisalabad depends on fabric, quantity, branding and complexity, so we quote per order rather than publishing a flat rate. Typical 2026 pricing runs from PKR 1,200 for a basic poly-cotton shirt to PKR 6,500 for a flame-resistant coverall with reflective tape. Orders above 500 pieces usually drop 18-25% per unit because fabric and cutting costs spread further. We confirm the full price before cutting starts, with no charges added at delivery.

Because we buy fabric direct from Faisalabad mills and cut, stitch and brand in-house, there is no middleman margin in the price. You pay for the garment and the work, not for a trading layer, and the quote you approve is the price you pay.

01Fabric Type and GSM

A basic poly-cotton shirt uses less expensive fabric than a 280 GSM flame-resistant coverall or a hi-vis jacket with reflective tape. Fabric is typically 40-55% of the per-unit cost, so this is the single biggest lever on your final price.

03Branding Method and Coverage

A single embroidered chest crest adds less cost than a multi-colour back print or full reflective tape coverage. We quote branding separately at spec stage so you can see exactly what each element adds to the per-unit price.

04Size Range and Complexity

Orders spread across many sizes require more pattern grading and more cutting setups than a single-size run. Made-to-measure orders with individual patterns carry a higher per-unit cost than graded bulk sizes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most custom uniform orders in Faisalabad run between PKR 1,200 and PKR 6,500 per piece in 2026, depending on fabric, quantity and branding. A basic poly-cotton school shirt sits at the lower end; a flame-resistant coverall with reflective tape sits at the upper end. Orders above 500 pieces typically drop 18-25% per unit because fabric and cutting costs spread further.

Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per design for bulk runs, though we accept smaller made-to-measure orders for corporate and hospitality clients. Sampling is available from a single piece, which lets you check fit and fabric before committing to a full run. For schools and factories ordering across multiple sizes, 50 pieces usually covers one department or class group.

A 100 to 300-piece order takes 10 to 15 working days after sample approval. A 500 to 1,000-piece order takes 18 to 21 working days. Sampling itself adds 3 to 5 working days at the front. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us at quote stage and we will confirm whether the schedule holds before you place the order.

Yes. We handle logo embroidery, monogramming, screen printing and heat transfer printing in-house. Send your artwork as a vector file or a clear photo, and we will produce a digitised or printed strike-off for approval before the bulk run. Most clients approve the strike-off within 48 hours, and the branding is then applied to every piece in the order.
