Three things decide whether a uniform order goes well: the fabric holds up, the sizes are consistent, and the delivery date is real. We have run this floor since 1996 and we quote only what we can produce. Here is what that looks like in practice.
A 1,000-piece uniform run clears our floor in 18 to 22 working days, and a prototype in 5 to 7. We give you the date in writing with the quotation and we tell you early if a fabric mill slips. Late deliveries cost you a school term or a contract, so we treat the date as part of the job.
Because we source fabric and stitch the garment in the same building, there is no gap between the mill and the tailor. You get one price per piece, one sample to approve and one point of contact. That removes the sizing and shade mismatches that happen when two vendors split the job.
We ship to the UK, Germany, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia and we handle the carton marking, packing list and private label tags those buyers require. Orders leave our Faisalabad unit packed by size and by style, with the mill certificate filed against the order for your records.

Stocked fabric in poly-cotton, twill and drill ships in 2 to 4 working days. Fabric sourced to a specific weight, shade or finish takes 10 to 15 working days from the mill. A full garment order runs 18 to 22 working days for 1,000 pieces, and a prototype takes 5 to 7 working days before the bulk run starts.
Small tailoring batches start at 30 pieces per style, and wholesale runs start at 300 pieces. Private label and export orders start at 500 pieces per style so the labelling and packing setup is worth it. Below 30 pieces we can still quote, but the per-piece price rises because the pattern and setup cost is spread over fewer garments.
Yes. We sell poly-cotton, cotton twill, drill, gabardine, ripstop, jersey and brushed flannel by the roll or by the metre to tailors, boutiques and garment units. Shade cards are available so you can confirm colour before ordering. Fabric-only orders are collected from our Faisalabad unit or delivered across Punjab.
