About this service

What Construction Uniform Supply in Faisalabad Covers

Construction uniform manufacturing is the industrial stitching trade that turns raw fabric into site-ready workwear: coveralls, high-visibility vests, flame-resistant shirts, cargo trousers and safety jackets built to a contractor's colour, logo and sizing spec. Every garment passes through pattern development, cutting, stitching, finishing and quality check before it leaves the floor. We work in cotton drill, poly-cotton, 100% polyester hi-vis mesh and FR-treated twill, with reflective tape sewn or heat-sealed to EN ISO 20471 positioning so your crews stay visible on night pours and roadside jobs.

Faisalabad contractors come to us because off-the-shelf workwear rarely fits a full site crew. A 40-man crew might run five different chest sizes and three trouser lengths, and a single imported vest will not cover that spread. We cut to your size matrix, stitch your company name and safety logos in the same run, and deliver in batches so you can kit out a new project without holding six months of stock. That is the difference between buying uniforms and building a uniform programme.

What's included

What Our Construction Uniform Service Includes

Every construction uniform order covers the full production cycle from pattern to packed delivery. You are not buying fabric and hoping someone stitches it correctly. You are buying a finished, branded, size-accurate garment programme. Here is what sits inside a standard order and what we quote separately.

✓

Pattern Development and Grading

We develop the pattern from your reference garment or a sketch, then grade it across your full size range from S to 5XL. Pocket placement, tape runs and venting are adjusted for the garment's role before any fabric is cut.

✓

Fabric Sourcing and Inspection

We pull cotton drill, poly-cotton, hi-vis mesh and FR-treated twill from Faisalabad mills and inspect every roll for shade consistency and weight. If you supply your own fabric, we inspect it on arrival before it goes to the cutting table.

✓

Cutting, Stitching and Finishing

Straight-knife cutting to your size matrix, industrial lockstitch and overlock stitching, bar-tacking at every stress point, then thread trimming, button and zip checks, pressing and folding. Every garment is inspected before packing.

✓

Branding and Logo Application

Company names, safety logos and department tags applied via multi-head embroidery or screen print. We quote both methods so you can match the branding to the garment's wash cycle and expected service life.

✓

Size-Tagged Packing

Garments are packed by size and department, not mixed in a single carton. Your storeman can hand out kit at the gate without opening every bag to find the right size, which matters on a fast mobilisation.

✓

Delivery and Export Documentation

Delivery to your Faisalabad site or warehouse, or to a nominated freight forwarder for export orders. We prepare the packing list and commercial documentation for shipments to the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia and other markets.

How it works

How We Build Your Construction Uniform Order

01

Spec and Quote

You tell us the crew size, the site conditions and the safety standard you need to meet. We ask about fabric weight, reflective tape class, colour and branding. Within 24 to 48 hours you get a written spec and a per-piece price. No obligation, no charge for the quote.

02

Sampling and Approval

For orders above 300 pieces we stitch a physical sample in your chosen fabric and colour. You check the fit, the tape placement and the logo position. Sample turnaround is 5 to 7 working days. We do not start bulk cutting until you sign off on the sample.

03

Fabric Sourcing and Cutting

We pull from our mill contacts in Faisalabad's textile belt, inspect the roll for shade consistency, and cut on a straight-knife table to your size matrix. Cutting a 60-man order takes 2 to 4 days. Every bundle is tagged by size before it moves to the stitching line.

04

Stitching and Branding

Our stitching floor runs industrial lockstitch, overlock and bar-tack machines. Reflective tape is sewn or heat-sealed to your spec, then embroidery or screen print goes on. A 1,000-piece coverall run takes 8 to 14 working days depending on branding complexity.

05

QC and Delivery

Every garment is checked for seam strength, tape adhesion, size accuracy and branding placement before packing. We pack by size and department so your storeman can hand out kit without sorting. Delivery is to your Faisalabad site, warehouse or a nominated freight forwarder for export orders.

Tools & methods

Tools and Methods Behind Our Workwear

Purpose-built equipment, used by trained technicians — so the job is done accurately the first time.

Straight-Knife Cutting Machine

Cuts multiple fabric layers to the graded pattern in one pass. A 60-man order is cut in 2 to 4 days with every bundle tagged by size before it moves to stitching.

Industrial Lockstitch Machine

The workhorse for main seams on coveralls, trousers and shirts. Runs at high speed with consistent stitch length, which is what keeps a seam from pulling apart under load.

Overlock Machine

Finishes raw edges on poly-cotton and hi-vis mesh so the fabric does not fray through repeated industrial washing. Essential on lightweight vests and shirts.

Bar-Tack Machine

Reinforces stress points at pocket corners, belt loops, fly openings and shoulder seams. This is the single biggest difference between a vest that lasts a year and one that tears in a month.

Multi-Head Embroidery Machine

Stitches company names, safety logos and department tags across multiple garments at once. Embroidery outlasts heat transfers by years on garments washed twice a week.

Screen Print Carousel

Applies flat, sharp logos to hi-vis vests and lightweight shirts at lower cost than embroidery. Suits single and two-colour logos on garments with a shorter service life.

Heat Transfer Press

Applies multi-colour logos and reflective tape where a sewn application would add bulk or slow the line. Used selectively on lightweight garments and small logo placements.

Real results

Before and after.

Road Crew Re-Kitted in 12 Days

Before

A Faisalabad contractor was running 180 men on a road project with mismatched vests bought from three suppliers. Sizes were inconsistent, reflective tape on 40 vests had faded below audit standard, and the client had flagged the crew's appearance in a site review.

After

We stitched 180 Class 2 hi-vis vests and 60 coveralls to a single size matrix in 12 working days. Tape placement passed the client's audit first time, and the crew moved to one consistent uniform standard across the whole site.

Welding Crew Moved to FR Coveralls

Before

A welding subcontractor was using standard cotton coveralls near hot works because FR gear was quoted at a price the client would not approve. The safety officer had flagged the risk twice and the crew was working under a temporary control measure.

After

We sourced FR-treated cotton twill with mill documentation and stitched 45 coveralls to the crew's size matrix. The safety file was completed with the fabric certificate, and the temporary control measure was lifted.

Four Sites Standardised on One Uniform

Before

A construction company running four sites was ordering workwear from three suppliers, which meant three size charts and three branding styles. A 3XL coverall from one supplier fitted differently from the next, and the company logo looked different on every site.

After

We developed a single graded pattern, stitched coveralls, vests and corporate shirts in one colour palette, and branded everything with the same embroidered logo. All four sites now order from one spec, and the size consistency problem is gone.

Problems we solve

Construction Uniform Problems We Solve in Faisalabad

Most contractors do not come to us because they want new uniforms. They come because something in their current uniform programme is failing: vests tearing, sizes running out, logos peeling, or a safety audit flagging the reflective tape. Here is what we fix.

Ask a pro →
01

Vests tear at the shoulder seam within weeks

We stitch in 240 to 280 GSM fabric with bar-tacked stress points at every seam junction. A properly bar-tacked vest holds up through a full project cycle instead of being replaced twice a year, which cuts your annual uniform spend.

↗
02

Size matrix does not cover the full crew

We cut from S to 5XL with regular, long and short leg options, and we grade the pattern across the full range. On a 60-man order we produce 12 distinct size combinations in one run, so nobody is squeezed into the wrong size.

↗
03

Printed logos crack and peel after 20 washes

We quote embroidery alongside screen print and explain the trade-off. Embroidery lasts the life of the garment; screen print is cheaper but suits garments washed less often. You pick the method that matches the wash cycle.

↗
04

Reflective tape fails the safety audit

We position reflective tape to EN ISO 20471 Class 1, 2 or 3 and can supply the fabric and tape documentation for your safety file. When the auditor asks for the standard reference, you hand over paperwork, not a verbal assurance.

Transparent pricing

Construction Uniform Pricing in Faisalabad

PKR 850 - PKR 6,500 per piece depending on fabric, tape class, branding and quantity

Construction uniform pricing in Faisalabad depends on fabric weight, reflective tape class, branding method and order quantity. Typical 2026 pricing runs from PKR 850 for a basic printed hi-vis vest up to PKR 6,500 for a flame-resistant coverall with embroidery. Bulk orders above 1,000 pieces drop 15 to 25 percent per unit because setup and cutting time is spread across more garments. We quote per piece, not per order, so you can compare our price directly against any other supplier. There is no charge for the quote and no obligation to order.

You are paying for a garment that survives a full project cycle instead of being replaced twice a year. A properly bar-tacked coverall in 280 GSM drill costs more upfront than a cheap alternative, but it outlasts it by two to three times, which brings the annual cost per crew member down.

01Fabric Weight and Type

A 180 GSM polyester hi-vis vest costs far less than a 280 GSM cotton drill coverall. FR-treated twill sits at the top of the range because the fabric itself carries a premium and the handling is more involved. Fabric choice is the single biggest driver of per-piece cost.

03Branding Method

Screen print is the cheapest branding option and suits single-colour logos on vests. Embroidery costs more per piece but lasts the life of the garment. Heat transfer sits between the two and suits multi-colour logos on lightweight fabric.

04Order Quantity

Setup, pattern grading and cutting time is fixed regardless of order size. A 50-piece order carries that cost across fewer garments, so the per-piece price is higher. Orders above 1,000 pieces typically drop 15 to 25 percent per unit.

What Faisalabad Contractors Say

★★★★★
“We needed 180 hi-vis vests and 60 coveralls for a road project with a two-week mobilisation deadline. A.G. Fabrics stitched the sample in five days, we approved it, and the full order landed on site in 12 working days. The tape placement passed our client's safety audit first time. Two years on, most of those vests are still in service.”

★★★★★
“We ordered flame-resistant coveralls for a welding crew and needed the fabric documentation for our safety file. A.G. Fabrics supplied the mill certificate with the order, no back-and-forth. The coveralls are heavier than what we used before but the crew says they breathe better in the summer heat. We have reordered twice.”

A standard hi-vis vest with one-colour screen print runs PKR 850 to PKR 1,400 per piece in 2026, while a 240 GSM cotton drill coverall with reflective tape runs PKR 2,800 to PKR 4,500. Flame-resistant coveralls start around PKR 5,500. Price depends on fabric weight, tape class, branding method and order quantity. Orders above 1,000 pieces typically drop 15 to 25 percent per unit.

Our minimum is 50 pieces per style, which suits a small contractor kitting out one site crew. For mixed orders covering vests, coveralls and trousers, we can combine styles to hit the 50-piece floor. Below 50 pieces we can still quote, but the per-piece cost rises because setup and cutting time is spread across fewer garments.

Most bulk orders ship in 10 to 21 working days from sample approval. A 500-piece hi-vis vest run takes about 10 days; a 2,000-piece coverall order with embroidery takes 18 to 21 days. Sampling adds 5 to 7 days at the front. If you have a fixed site mobilisation date, tell us at quote stage and we will sequence the line around it.

Yes. We stitch high-visibility vests and jackets to EN ISO 20471 Class 1, 2 and 3 tape positioning, and we handle FR-treated cotton and poly-cotton twill for flame-resistant coveralls and shirts. We source FR fabric from mills that supply test documentation, so your safety officer gets the standard reference, not just a claim on an invoice.
