Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge, Lagos
This toll bridge connects Lekki and Ikoyi, two major commercial and residential districts in Lagos. We use it as a reference point when coordinating deliveries to clients on either side of the lagoon.
A.G. Fabrics is a Custom Uniform Manufacturer in Nigeria supplying bulk stitching, embroidery and industrial workwear direct from our Faisalabad, Punjab factory. Since 1996 we have cut, stitched and finished uniforms for schools, hospitals, hotels, security firms and oil and gas crews. You send sizes and logos, we send back wearable uniforms that survive a Nigerian work week.
Every uniform service we offer in Nigeria runs through the same Faisalabad factory floor. You get one point of contact, one production schedule and one shipment. Bulk orders above 300 pieces ship in 14 to 21 days. Below that, we still take the job but lead time stretches to 25 days. Here is what we deliver to Nigerian clients.
Custom Uniform ManufacturingWe build uniforms from scratch to your spec: fabric, colour, cut and logo. Nigerian clients usually send a sample garment or a photo plus measurements. We match it, produce a prototype, get your approval, then run the full order. Most jobs ship from Faisalabad to Lagos or Abuja in 14 to 21 days.View details →
Bulk Uniform Manufacturing and Wholesale SupplyBulk runs start at 300 pieces and go up to 10,000. Schools in Lagos and Ibadan order 1,000 to 3,000 shirts and trousers per term. Security firms in Port Harcourt order 500 to 2,000 sets. We keep sizing consistent across the whole run by cutting from the same pattern block and checking every 50th piece.View details →
OEM and Private Label Uniform ManufacturingIf you sell uniforms under your own brand in Nigeria, we stitch, label and pack under your name. You send the woven labels and hangtags, we attach them and ship. Nigerian uniform retailers use this to build a brand without owning a factory. Minimum order is 500 pieces per style.View details →
Custom Uniform Stitching and TailoringFor smaller Nigerian orders or replacement pieces, we stitch to individual measurements. Hospitals in Abuja order replacement scrubs for new staff. Hotels in Lagos order extra waistcoats before peak season. We keep your pattern on file so reorders match the original exactly.View details →
Made-to-Measure Uniform ManufacturingSome Nigerian clients need uniforms that fit odd body shapes or tall and short sizes that standard blocks do not cover. We take individual measurements, adjust the pattern per person and stitch each piece to fit. This suits airline crews, hotel front-desk teams and corporate staff who wear uniforms daily.View details →
Uniform Design and Pattern DevelopmentWe design uniforms from a blank page for Nigerian clients who want something new. You tell us the job role, the climate and the logo. We sketch, pick fabric and build a pattern. Nigerian oil and gas firms often need high-visibility designs that meet safety standards, and we build those patterns from scratch.View details →
Uniform Sampling and Prototype DevelopmentBefore you commit to 2,000 pieces, we make one. Nigerian procurement teams usually ask for a prototype to show management. We stitch a sample in your fabric and logo, ship it to you in 7 to 10 days, and wait for your approval before cutting the bulk order. Sample cost is credited back on orders above 1,000 pieces.View details →
Uniform Fabric Sourcing and Wholesale SupplyIf you already stitch uniforms in Nigeria but need fabric, we supply rolls direct from Faisalabad mills. Cotton twill, poly-cotton, ripstop, flame-resistant and high-visibility fabric all available. Nigerian tailors order 500 to 5,000 metres at a time. We ship by sea to Lagos or Abuja and handle export documents.View details →
Custom Uniform CuttingCutting is where sizing consistency is won or lost. We cut Nigerian bulk orders on straight knives and band knives from a single marker, so every size 32 shirt is the same size 32. For orders above 1,000 pieces we cut in batches and number each bundle to track it through stitching.View details →
Stitching and FinishingEvery Nigerian uniform order goes through stitching, trimming, pressing and final inspection. We check seams, buttons, zips and hems on every piece. Nigerian clients often ask for reinforced crotch and knee seams on workwear, and we build that into the stitch spec from the start.View details →
Logo Embroidery and MonogrammingEmbroidery holds up better than print in Nigerian heat and washing. We embroider logos on shirts, caps, coveralls and jackets. Most Nigerian clients send a vector logo file and we digitise it for free. Turnaround on embroidery is 3 to 5 days after the garments are stitched.View details →
Screen Printing and Heat Transfer PrintingFor large logos or multi-colour designs, screen printing is cheaper than embroidery. We print on cotton and poly-cotton uniforms for Nigerian schools, events and corporate wear. Heat transfer suits small logos and names on workwear. Both methods survive 40 to 50 industrial washes when done right.View details →
Industrial Workwear and Coverall ManufacturingNigerian construction, manufacturing and oil service crews need coveralls that survive rough work. We stitch from 240 to 320 GSM cotton or poly-cotton, with reinforced knees, elbows and crotch. Reflective tape optional. Most Nigerian industrial orders run 500 to 3,000 coveralls per project.View details →
High-Visibility Safety Uniform ManufacturingNigerian road crews, airport ground staff and construction teams need hi-vis vests and jackets that meet safety standards. We stitch from fluorescent yellow and orange fabric with reflective tape that stays bright after washing. Orders ship in 14 to 21 days. Sizes run S to 5XL.View details →
Flame-Resistant and Fire-Resistant WorkwearNigerian oil and gas crews working near flammable material need FR coveralls. We stitch from certified FR fabric that self-extinguishes and does not melt. Nigerian clients usually order 200 to 1,000 pieces per project. We supply test certificates with every FR shipment.View details →
Healthcare and Medical Uniform ManufacturingNigerian hospitals and clinics order scrubs, lab coats and nursing uniforms in bulk. We stitch from easy-care poly-cotton that survives bleach and high-temperature washing. Abuja and Lagos hospitals typically order 300 to 1,500 sets per year. We keep their pattern on file for reorders.View details →
School and Educational Uniform ManufacturingNigerian schools order uniforms in the thousands before each term. We stitch shirts, trousers, skirts, pinafores, blazers and ties in school colours. Lagos and Ibadan school groups order 1,000 to 3,000 pieces per term. We ship 21 days before term start so you have time to distribute.View details →
Corporate and Office Uniform ManufacturingNigerian banks, telecoms and corporate offices order branded shirts, blazers and trousers for front-desk and field staff. We stitch from wrinkle-resistant fabric that looks sharp after a full day. Most Nigerian corporate orders run 200 to 800 pieces per style, with embroidered logos on the chest.View details →

We stitch chef jackets, waiter waistcoats, housekeeping tunics and front-desk blazers. Lagos and Abuja hospitality groups order 150 to 600 pieces per property. Fabric choices include stain-resistant poly-cotton.View details →
Hotel and Restaurant UniformsHotel and restaurant uniforms in Nigeria need to look good after 100 washes. We stitch from poly-cotton and poly-wool blends that hold colour and shape. Nigerian clients usually order separate sets for front desk, housekeeping, kitchen and security. We keep each department's pattern separate so reorders match.View details →

MilitaryMilitary and paramilitary uniforms need exact spec compliance. We stitch from ripstop and twill fabric in camouflage and solid colours for Nigerian buyers. Orders are quoted per specification sheet. We do not substitute fabric or trim without written approval. Lead time is 21 to 30 days depending on quantity.View details →
Police and Government Uniform ManufacturingGovernment and police uniform orders in Nigeria follow strict spec sheets. We stitch to the exact fabric, colour and trim specified. Nigerian government buyers usually require pre-shipment inspection, and we arrange that. Orders run 500 to 5,000 pieces per contract with 30-day lead time.View details →

Every Nigerian uniform order runs through the same six-step process. First, you send your spec: garment type, quantity, sizes, fabric preference and logo file. Second, we quote within 24 hours with fabric options and lea
Cheap fabric fades, shrinks and tears fast in Nigerian heat. Uniforms that look fine in Europe fall apart after 20 washes in Lagos or Port Harcourt.
How we help: We stitch from cotton-rich blends and moisture-wicking polyester that hold colour and shape through 50 industrial washes. For workwear we reinforce crotch, knee and elbow seams, which are the first points to fail in humid conditions.
Nigerian schools and hospitals order 1,000 to 3,000 pieces at a time. If size 32 varies between bundles, staff and students end up with uniforms that do not fit.
How we help: We cut every size from a single marker and number each bundle to track it through stitching. Every 50th piece is measured against the spec sheet. If a bundle drifts, we pull it before it reaches finishing.
Sea freight to Lagos can take 30 to 45 days, and clearance adds another 5 to 10 days. If documents are wrong, the shipment sits and your term-start deadline slips.
How we help: We prepare export documents, packing lists and certificates before the shipment leaves Faisalabad. We send scanned copies to you in advance so your clearing agent can pre-file. For tight deadlines we air-freight smaller orders in 7 to 10 days.

Custom uniform pricing in Nigeria depends on three things: quantity, fabric and decoration. For 2026, a basic cotton-poly shirt in a 500-piece run costs roughly 1,800 to 2,800 Nigerian Naira per piece, or about $2.20 to $3.50 USD, depending on fabric weight and whether you add embroidery. Coveralls run 4,500 to 8,000 Naira per piece for standard poly-cotton, and 12,000 to 20,000 Naira for certified FR fabric. Bulk orders above 1,000 pieces get a 10 to 15 percent discount. Air freight adds cost but saves 20 to 30 days compared to sea freight. We quote in USD and accept payment by bank transfer. A 40 percent deposit confirms the order, with the balance due before shipment.
We quote Nigerian orders within 24 hours during Pakistan business hours, which overlap with Nigerian mornings. Production runs 14 to 21 days for bulk orders above 300 pieces, and 21 to 30 days for FR and hi-vis orders. Air freight to Lagos or Abuja takes 7 to 10 days; sea freight takes 30 to 45 days plus 5 to 10 days clearance. We answer WhatsApp messages within two hours during Pakistan business hours and within 12 hours outside them.
Larger runs lower the per-piece cost because setup, cutting and shipping are spread across more units. A 500-piece order costs 15 to 20 percent more per piece than a 2,000-piece order of the same garment. We quote tiered pricing so you can see the savings at each quantity level.
Standard poly-cotton is the cheapest option. Cotton-rich blends cost 10 to 20 percent more. Certified FR fabric and hi-vis fabric cost two to three times more than standard fabric because the raw materials are specialised. We always quote fabric options separately so you can compare.
Embroidery costs more per piece than screen printing but lasts longer. A single-colour screen print adds about 150 to 300 Naira per piece. A chest embroidery logo adds 400 to 800 Naira per piece depending on stitch count. Heat transfer is cheapest for small logos and names.
When we coordinate shipments and client meetings in Nigeria, we use major landmarks to orient ourselves and confirm delivery addresses. Nigerian street addressing is not always precise, so landmarks help our logistics partners and your receiving team meet at the right place. Here are the landmarks we reference most often when planning deliveries.

“We ordered 1,800 school uniforms for our Lagos campus and A.G. Fabrics delivered 10 days before term start. Sizing was consistent across all bundles, which is rare for bulk orders. The embroidered school crest has held up through a full year of washing. We have already placed our next term order.”

Verified“Our hospital needed 900 scrub sets in six weeks. A.G. Fabrics quoted in a day, sent a prototype in 10 days and shipped the full order on time. The poly-cotton fabric survives bleach washing without fading. Only issue was a small delay at Lagos port, but their team kept us updated daily.”
