Torre de Belem
A riverside landmark in western Lisbon that helps us orient deliveries to hotels and venues along the Belem and Ajuda waterfront. Freight access to this area runs off the Avenida de Brasilia, which we factor into delivery scheduling.
A.G. Fabrics is a Custom Uniform Manufacturer in Portugal supplying bulk workwear, corporate uniforms and safety garments to businesses across the country. We have been cutting, stitching and finishing uniforms since 1996, and our Faisalabad facility ships direct to Portugal with sampling, fabric sourcing and logo embroidery handled in-house. Whether you need 50 chef jackets or 5,000 coveralls, you get one point of contact, a clear price and a production date you can plan around.
Portugal buyers order across the full range: hospitality uniforms for Algarve resorts, scrubs for Lisbon clinics, hi-vis for construction crews, and corporate shirts for bank branches in Porto. We run every one of those categories through the same production line, which means a single purchase order can cover five different garment types. If you are sourcing a bulk uniform supplier for a Portugal rollout, start with a sample and scale from there.
Custom Uniform ManufacturingWe cut and sew custom uniforms to your exact spec for Portugal clients, from chef whites in Albufeira to warehouse polos near Porto. You send measurements, colours and logo files; we return a sample in seven days and full production in four to six weeks. Every order ships with a locked pattern record so reorders match.View details →
Bulk Uniform Manufacturing and Wholesale SupplyBulk runs start at 100 pieces per style and scale to 10,000. Portugal buyers use this for hotel groups, security firms and retail chains that need one consistent garment across multiple sites. We hold your fabric spec, so a top-up order in 2027 looks identical to the original 2026 delivery.View details →
OEM and Private Label Uniform ManufacturingIf you sell uniforms under your own brand in Portugal, we manufacture to your label with your care tags, polybags and carton markings. No A.G. Fabrics branding appears anywhere. This suits distributors and workwear retailers who want a factory partner rather than a competitor on the invoice.View details →
Custom Uniform Stitching and TailoringWe stitch to measurement for Portugal clients who need non-standard sizing, maternity fits or specific pocket layouts. Send a tech pack or a worn sample and we replicate it. Turnaround on tailoring runs seven to ten days for samples and three to four weeks for production runs.View details →
Made-to-Measure Uniform ManufacturingFor Portugal management teams, airline crew and front-of-house staff, we cut to individual measurements rather than size grades. You supply a measurement sheet per person; we produce garments that fit first time. This is common for small executive teams of 10 to 40 people where off-the-peg sizing looks wrong.View details →
Uniform Design and Pattern DevelopmentWe develop patterns from scratch for Portugal brands launching a new uniform line. That includes block drafting, grading across sizes, seam placement and pocket engineering. You get a digital pattern file plus a physical sample, so the design is yours to reuse on future orders.View details →
Uniform Sampling and Prototype DevelopmentPortugal buyers usually want to see and feel a garment before committing to 2,000 pieces. We produce one to three prototypes in seven days, ship them to you, and adjust until approved. Sample cost is credited against the production order once it is placed.View details →
Uniform Fabric Sourcing and Wholesale SupplyWe source poly-cotton, 100% cotton, ripstop, twill, and FR-treated fabrics for Portugal orders, and we can supply fabric alone if you have your own stitching unit. Minimum fabric order is 500 metres. We hold test reports for composition and shrinkage on every roll we ship.View details →
Custom Uniform CuttingCutting runs on automated straight-knife and CAD-guided tables, which keeps 500-piece orders within a 3mm tolerance across sizes. For Portugal clients ordering mixed-size packs, this is what stops the medium from fitting like a large. We cut to your grade rules, not a generic block.View details →
Stitching and FinishingEvery Portugal order goes through single-needle stitching, bartack reinforcement at stress points, thread trimming and a final inspection before packing. We check 100% of garments for stitch density and loose threads. Rejects get reworked, not shipped. Cartons are labelled to your warehouse spec.View details →
Logo Embroidery and MonogrammingWe embroider logos on Portugal orders up to 12 colours, with a stitch count typically between 6,000 and 12,000 per chest logo. Send an EMB or DST file, or a high-resolution PNG and we digitise it. Turnaround on digitising is 48 hours; embroidery adds three to five days to production.View details →
Screen Printing and Heat Transfer PrintingFor Portugal orders needing large back prints or reflective branding, we run screen printing up to six colours and heat transfer for fine detail. Screen printing suits 200+ piece runs; heat transfer suits smaller runs and names on individual garments. Both survive 50+ industrial washes when specified correctly.View details →
Industrial Workwear and Coverall ManufacturingWe build coveralls, bib-and-brace sets and workshop jackets for Portugal manufacturing and maintenance crews. Reinforced knees, triple-stitched seams and two-way zips are standard on our industrial line. Fabric weights run 240gsm to 320gsm depending on the site conditions you are dressing for.View details →
High-Visibility Safety Uniform ManufacturingHi-vis vests, jackets and trousers for Portugal construction and road crews, made with reflective tape that meets EN ISO 20471 requirements. We stock tape in silver and fluorescent yellow. Class 2 and Class 3 configurations are both available, and we can print your company name on the back panel.View details →
Flame-Resistant and Fire-Resistant WorkwearFR coveralls and shirts for Portugal oil, gas and welding clients, built from treated cotton or aramid-blend fabric. We supply test certificates with each batch. These garments are cut separately from our standard line to avoid cross-contamination with untreated fabric. Minimum order is 200 pieces.View details →
Healthcare and Medical Uniform ManufacturingScrubs, lab coats and patient gowns for Portugal hospitals and clinics, in antimicrobial and standard poly-cotton finishes. We cut for a full size range including maternity and bariatric fits. Colour matching across repeat orders is held to a Delta E of 1.5 or better so a 2027 top-up matches your 2026 stock.View details →
School and Educational Uniform ManufacturingWe produce blazers, pinafores, shirts and PE kits for Portugal international schools and academies. Orders typically run 300 to 2,000 pieces per school, split across sizes. Crest embroidery is included, and we hold the crest file so next year's order matches without a new setup fee.View details →
Corporate and Office Uniform ManufacturingSuiting, shirts, blouses and knitwear for Portugal banks, insurers and corporate offices. We work in wool blends, cotton poplin and performance stretch fabrics. For a 200-person head office rollout, expect four to six weeks from sample approval to delivery, with individual sizing handled on a measurement sheet.View details →
HospitalityPortugal hospitality uniforms cover a wide range: front desk, housekeeping, spa, bar and kitchen. We produce each role in a coordinated colourway so the whole property looks consistent. Fabric choices lean toward easy-care poly-cotton because hotel laundries in Portugal run hot cycles that destroy cheap cotton.View details →
Hotel and Restaurant UniformsChef jackets, aprons, waiter waistcoats and bistro shirts for Portugal restaurants and hotels. We stock 65/35 poly-cotton in white, black and navy, and can dye to a Pantone reference for larger runs. Aprons are cut with reinforced bar tacks at the tie points because that is where they fail first.View details →
Security Guard and Private Security UniformsPortugal security firms order shirts, trousers, jackets and epaulettes from us in navy, black and grey. We build in radio loops, badge holders and reinforced belt loops as standard options. Orders of 150 to 1,500 pieces are typical, with epaulette embroidery included in the unit price.View details →
MilitaryWe manufacture military-style uniforms for Portugal contractors and supply agents, including combat trousers, field shirts and ceremonial pieces. Fabric options include ripstop cotton and poly-cotton twill in camouflage or solid shades. We work to buyer-supplied specifications and hold strict confidentiality on patterns and insignia.View details →
Police and Government Uniform ManufacturingGovernment and police uniform contracts for Portugal require exact specification matching and consistent colour across batches. We produce shirts, trousers, jackets and caps to supplied tech packs, with batch-level colour records. Documentation is provided for tender compliance, and we can hold stock for staged deliveries across a contract term.View details →
Airline and Aviation Uniform ManufacturingCabin crew and ground uniforms for Portugal carriers and aviation service companies. We work in stretch wovens and wool blends that hold shape through long shifts. Garments are cut to individual measurements for crew, and we hold the pattern for new joiners so a replacement blazer matches the original issue.View details →
Airport Ground Staff Uniform ManufacturingRamp, baggage handling and check-in uniforms for Portugal airports. These need to survive fuel exposure, heavy washing and constant movement, so we specify soil-release finishes and reinforced seams. Hi-vis variants are available for airside roles where visibility is required. Orders typically run 200 to 800 pieces.View details →
ConstructionPortugal construction firms order hard-wearing trousers, jackets and hi-vis from us in mixed-size packs. We reinforce the knee, seat and pocket corners because those are the first points to blow out on site. Fabric weights start at 260gsm, and we can add tool loops and ruler pockets to your spec.View details →
Oil and Gas WorkwearFR coveralls, jackets and trousers for Portugal oil and gas contractors, built to withstand flash-fire exposure. We supply FR-treated cotton and aramid-blend options with test certificates. These orders are cut on a dedicated line, and every batch is traceable to the fabric roll it came from.View details →
TransportBus, coach and fleet driver uniforms for Portugal transport operators, in easy-care poly-cotton that holds colour through frequent washing. We produce shirts, trousers, fleeces and jackets as a coordinated set. Reflective piping is available on outerwear for night-shift drivers.View details →
Driver and Logistics UniformsWarehouse and delivery driver uniforms for Portugal logistics operations, including polo shirts, cargo trousers and softshell jackets. We size for a wide range because logistics teams vary more than office staff. Orders ship in size-bagged packs so your warehouse can hand out the right size without sorting.View details →
Railway and Metro Staff UniformsStation staff, conductor and maintenance uniforms for Portugal rail and metro operators. We produce wool-blend jackets, shirts and trousers with high abrasion resistance for daily wear. Braid, buttons and insignia are applied to your specification, and we hold the trims so replacement garments match the original issue.View details →
Every Portugal order runs through the same sequence: you send your spec, we quote in euros within 24 hours, we produce a sample in seven days, and production starts once you approve it. Standard lead time is four to six
Standard cotton uniforms shrink and fade within 20 washes under these conditions, which means Portugal hospitality buyers replace stock far more often than they expect.
How we help: We specify 65/35 poly-cotton with a pre-shrunk finish for Portugal hotel orders. This holds colour and size through 50+ industrial washes. We also supply a wash-test report with the first order so your laundry manager knows the garment's limits.
A security firm with staff in Lisbon, Porto and Faro cannot use a single size curve, and generic packs leave them with surplus smalls and a shortage of XXL.
How we help: We cut to your actual size breakdown rather than a standard ratio. You send a size list per site, and we pack each site's garments separately with size labels on the outside of the carton. No sorting required at your end.
Algarve hotels staff up fast between April and June, and a uniform order that lands in July is useless for the season.
How we help: We open dedicated production slots for Portugal hospitality orders from January onward. If you confirm by early March, we deliver before the season starts. For late enquiries, we run a partial air-freight shipment of the most critical roles first.
Your current uniforms fade unevenly across batches
Sizes run inconsistent between orders

Lead times slip by more than two weeks
Typical 2026 pricing for custom uniform manufacturing delivered to Portugal runs from about 6 EUR per piece for basic hi-vis vests at volume, up to 45 EUR or more for tailored wool-blend blazers. A standard poly-cotton work shirt lands between 8 and 14 EUR depending on quantity and finish. Bulk uniform manufacturing and wholesale supply pricing improves sharply above 500 pieces per style, where unit costs can drop 15% to 25% against a 100-piece run. Embroidery adds roughly 1.50 to 3 EUR per garment depending on stitch count, and screen printing adds 0.80 to 2 EUR per print position. Freight is quoted separately: sea freight for bulk orders is the cheapest option, air freight adds cost but cuts transit to about a week.
Our order desk answers Portugal enquiries Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm Pakistan time, which covers the Portuguese working day. Quotes go out within 24 hours of receiving your spec. Sample production takes seven days, and full production runs four to six weeks from approval. For urgent orders, we can compress production to three weeks with a priority slot, subject to fabric availability.
Unit price falls as volume rises because setup, cutting and printing costs spread across more pieces. A 100-piece run of shirts might cost 14 EUR each; the same shirt at 1,000 pieces drops to around 9 EUR. We quote both so you can see the saving before committing.
Basic poly-cotton is the cheapest option, while FR-treated fabric, aramid blends and wool suiting cost significantly more. A standard work shirt in 180gsm poly-cotton sits at the low end; an FR coverall in treated cotton can run three to four times the price per piece.
A single-colour chest logo is the cheapest branding option. Multi-colour embroidery, large back prints and reflective heat transfer all add cost. If your logo has more than eight colours, we will usually recommend embroidery over screen printing because the finish is cleaner and the per-unit cost is similar.
When we arrange deliveries or visit Portugal for client meetings, we work around the country's main landmarks and transport corridors. Knowing that a hotel sits near the Torre de Belem or that a warehouse is off the A1 near Santarem helps us plan freight routes and coordinate with your receiving team. These are orientation points we use, not claims about where we work.
A riverside landmark in western Lisbon that helps us orient deliveries to hotels and venues along the Belem and Ajuda waterfront. Freight access to this area runs off the Avenida de Brasilia, which we factor into delivery scheduling.
The suspension bridge linking Lisbon to Almada is a key routing reference for deliveries heading south of the Tagus. We plan around its traffic patterns when coordinating timed deliveries to Setubal and the southern bank.
The iron bridge over the Douro in Porto marks the boundary between the city and Vila Nova de Gaia. It is a useful orientation point for splitting Porto-area deliveries between the two banks.
Faro airport is the main air-freight entry point for Algarve deliveries. Urgent uniform shipments for Albufeira and Lagos hotels clear customs here before moving west along the A22.

“We ordered 400 chef jackets and aprons for our restaurant group and the quality was better than what we were getting locally at twice the price. The embroidery on the chest logos was clean, and the poly-cotton has held up through six months of daily washing without fading. Delivery landed two days ahead of the date they quoted.”

Verified“A.G. Fabrics handled our hotel uniform rollout across three properties. The sample process took a week and they adjusted the housekeeping tunic twice until the fit was right. What impressed me was the packing: each property got its own labelled cartons, so our supervisors did not have to sort anything. We have already reordered.”

Verified“We needed FR coveralls for a welding contract and the first supplier we tried could not provide test certificates. A.G. Fabrics supplied the documentation with the batch and cut the order on a separate line. The garments are heavy and well stitched. Lead time was five weeks, which was what they quoted at the start.”
