Prague Castle
A central Prague orientation point. Clients in the surrounding districts use it as a reference when giving delivery instructions, and couriers use it to navigate the older streets on the west side of the river.
A.G. Fabrics is a Custom Uniform Manufacturer in Czech Republic supplying bulk workwear, corporate uniforms and private label programs directly from our Faisalabad facility. We have been in business since 1996, which gives us 30 years of fabric sourcing, pattern development and stitching experience behind every order. Whether you need 200 high-visibility vests for a Prague construction crew or 5,000 hospitality uniforms for a hotel group, we quote in writing, cut to your spec and ship on schedule.
Czech Republic buyers come to us for a specific reason: they need uniforms made to their spec, in their sizes, at a price that works for bulk orders. Whether you are sourcing custom uniform stitching and tailoring for a 50-person team or a 5,000-piece industrial workwear contract, we handle the full production cycle in-house. Below are the services we deliver most often to Czech clients, from fabric sourcing through to finished, branded garments.
Custom Uniform ManufacturingWe manufacture custom uniforms to your exact specification, from fabric weight and colour to pocket layout and closure type. Czech industrial clients typically order coveralls, work trousers and shirts in 65/35 poly-cotton or 100% cotton twill. We cut to your size chart, stitch on our own lines and finish with your branding. Minimum order is 100 pieces per style.View details →
Bulk Uniform Manufacturing and Wholesale SupplyFor Czech distributors and large facilities, we run bulk uniform manufacturing and wholesale supply programs. Orders of 1,000 pieces or more get dedicated production slots, consolidated shipping and per-unit pricing that reflects volume. We handle sizing grids, colour consistency across batches and repeat-order matching so your second shipment looks identical to the first.View details →
OEM and Private Label Uniform ManufacturingCzech uniform brands and distributors use our OEM and private label service to sell uniforms under their own label. We stitch your label, attach your hangtags and pack to your specification. No A.G. Fabrics branding appears on the garment. We sign NDAs for pattern and design work and hold your specs on file for repeat orders.View details →
Custom Uniform Stitching and TailoringWhen you need uniforms stitched to a specific pattern or size range, our tailoring team handles it. Czech clients often send us a sample garment and ask us to replicate it in their fabric choice. We reverse-engineer the pattern, grade it across sizes and produce a sample for approval before running the full order.View details →
Made-to-Measure Uniform ManufacturingFor management teams, front-of-house staff or anyone who needs a fitted uniform, we offer made-to-measure production. You send us measurements or a fitting garment, and we cut and stitch to those dimensions. This works well for hotel management blazers, airline crew uniforms and corporate suits where off-the-rack sizing does not fit.View details →
Uniform Design and Pattern DevelopmentIf you have a uniform concept but no pattern, our design team develops it. We create technical drawings, spec sheets and graded patterns, then produce a sample for your approval. Czech clients use this service when launching a new brand or refreshing an existing uniform program. We handle everything from collar shape to logo placement.View details →
Uniform Sampling and Prototype DevelopmentBefore you commit to a 5,000-piece order, you need to see and feel the garment. We produce samples and prototypes in 7 to 10 days, using your specified fabric or our recommended alternative. Czech buyers typically request two or three sample iterations before approving bulk production. We ship samples by courier to Prague, Brno and Ostrava.View details →
Uniform Fabric Sourcing and Wholesale SupplyWe source uniform fabrics from Pakistani mills and supply them by the roll or as finished garments. Czech workwear brands buy poly-cotton twill, ripstop, flame-resistant aramid blends and high-visibility polyester from us. We can match a fabric swatch you send, or recommend a fabric based on your end use, wash cycle and budget.View details →
Custom Uniform CuttingOur cutting floor handles high-volume uniform cutting with CAD-assisted pattern layout to minimise fabric waste. Czech orders for coveralls, work trousers and scrubs are cut in stacked layers, then bundled by size and sent to stitching. Accurate cutting is what keeps sizing consistent across a 2,000-piece run.View details →
Stitching and FinishingStitching and finishing is where uniform quality shows. We use double-needle seams on stress points, bar-tack reinforcements at pocket corners and industrial press finishing. Czech industrial clients need garments that survive 50-plus industrial wash cycles, so we build to that standard. Every order is inspected before packing.View details →
Logo Embroidery and MonogrammingWe embroider company logos, names and monograms directly onto uniforms. Czech clients typically order left-chest logos, back-of-jacket branding or name badges. We digitise your logo, run a stitch-out sample for approval, then embroider across the full order. Thread colours are matched to your brand guidelines.View details →
Screen Printing and Heat Transfer PrintingFor large logos, reflective prints or detailed multi-colour designs, we use screen printing and heat transfer printing. Czech high-visibility workwear often needs reflective tape and printed safety markings, which we apply in-house. We test print adhesion on your fabric before running the full order.View details →
Industrial Workwear and Coverall ManufacturingCzech manufacturing plants, automotive suppliers and engineering firms order industrial workwear and coveralls from us in bulk. We produce one-piece coveralls, two-piece work suits, bib overalls and workshop coats in durable poly-cotton and cotton drill. Reinforced knees, elasticated waists and multiple tool pockets are standard options.View details →
High-Visibility Safety Uniform ManufacturingWe manufacture high-visibility safety uniforms to EN ISO 20471 requirements, using fluorescent polyester and reflective tape. Czech construction, logistics and railway clients order hi-vis vests, jackets, trousers and coveralls. We source certified reflective tape and can supply test reports on request. Minimum order is 200 pieces per style.View details →

Garments are stitched with FR thread and FR-rated closures. We can supply fabric certification documents. These orders typically run 300 pieces minimum because of fabric minimums.View details →
Healthcare and Medical Uniform ManufacturingCzech hospitals, clinics and dental practices order scrubs, lab coats, patient gowns and medical tunics from us. We use easy-care poly-cotton and antimicrobial-treated fabrics that withstand industrial laundering at 60 to 90 degrees Celsius. Sizing runs from XS to 4XL, and we can produce in your facility's colour code.View details →
School and Educational Uniform ManufacturingWe manufacture school uniforms for Czech international schools, academies and educational groups. Every Czech Republic uniform order follows the same production path, whether it is 100 pieces or 10,000. You send us your spec sheet, sample garment or design brief. We review it, recommend fabrics and quote in writing.
If we cut to our standard size chart, garments arrive too small for Czech staff. A medium in Pakistan is often a small in Czech Republic, and sleeve and leg lengths run shorter. This causes returns, reorders and wasted budget.
How we help: We ask for a size chart or a fitting garment from your Czech team before we cut anything. We grade our patterns to match your measurements and produce a sample in the middle size for approval. Once the size chart is locked, we hold it on file for every repeat order.
Czech construction, rail and industrial clients need high-visibility garments that meet EN ISO 20471 and flame-resistant workwear that meets EN ISO 11612. Non-compliant garments cannot be used on site and may fail a safety audit.
How we help: We source certified reflective tape and FR fabrics from mills that supply test documentation. We stitch to the standard's requirements, including tape placement and FR thread. We can supply fabric and tape certificates with the shipment so your safety officer has the paperwork on file.
Sea freight from Karachi to Czech Republic takes four to six weeks, and customs clearance adds more time. If you order too late, uniforms miss the rollout date and staff work without proper kit.
How we help: We quote both sea and air freight options and tell you the realistic delivery window upfront. For urgent orders, we ship by air, which cuts transit to seven to ten days. We also recommend placing orders two to three months ahead of your rollout so sea freight is viable and costs stay low.
Your current uniforms fade or shrink after washing
Sizing is inconsistent across the same order
Your supplier cannot handle a 1,000-piece order
You need hi-vis or FR garments with certification
You are launching a new brand or refreshing your uniform program
Custom uniform manufacturing pricing in Czech Republic depends on fabric choice, order quantity, garment complexity and branding requirements. As a direct manufacturer, we quote per-unit prices that reflect bulk uniform manufacturing and wholesale supply economics, not retail markups. For a basic poly-cotton work shirt, typical 2026 pricing starts around 8 to 12 USD per piece at 500 units. Coveralls in heavier fabric run 18 to 28 USD per piece at 500 units. Flame-resistant coveralls with certification run 45 to 75 USD per piece at 300 units because of fabric costs. Hi-vis garments with reflective tape run 12 to 22 USD per piece at 500 units. Embroidery adds 1 to 2 USD per logo, and screen printing adds 0.50 to 1.50 USD per print. Shipping and customs are quoted separately based on your delivery address and preferred freight method.
We quote within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your spec sheet or sample garment. Samples are produced in 7 to 10 days and shipped by courier. Bulk production runs 18 to 25 days after sample approval, depending on fabric availability. We schedule production slots in advance, so if you have a fixed rollout date, tell us early and we will confirm whether we can meet it. For urgent orders, air freight cuts transit to seven to ten days, though it costs more than sea freight.
Standard poly-cotton costs less than ripstop, aramid blends or FR-treated fabrics. A basic work shirt in 65/35 poly-cotton runs 8 to 12 USD per piece, while an FR coverall in aramid blend runs 45 to 75 USD per piece. Fabric choice is the biggest driver of per-unit cost.
Per-unit pricing drops as quantity rises. A 100-piece order carries higher per-unit cost because setup, cutting and shipping are spread across fewer garments. At 1,000 pieces or more, per-unit pricing drops by 15 to 25 percent compared to a 100-piece order.
Embroidery adds 1 to 2 USD per logo, and screen printing adds 0.50 to 1.50 USD per print. Reflective tape, FR thread and special closures add cost. Complex designs with multiple logo positions or custom packaging increase the per-unit price.
Our team ships to Czech Republic regularly, and we work with freight forwarders and courier partners who know the country's main entry points and delivery routes. Most orders clear customs at Prague or arrive via Hamburg and are trucked into Czech Republic. From there, couriers deliver to Prague, Brno, Ostrava and Plzen. We use well-known landmarks and transport hubs as orientation points when coordinating deliveries with clients, especially when a facility is on an industrial estate or outside the city centre.

“We ordered 600 hi-vis jackets and trousers for our construction crews. The reflective tape placement was correct, the sizing matched the chart we sent, and the certificates came with the shipment. Our safety officer signed off without any issues. Delivery took five weeks by sea, which was what they quoted.”

Verified“A.G. Fabrics produced 1,500 scrubs for our clinic network. The fabric survived our 90-degree wash cycle without shrinking, which was the problem with our previous supplier. The sample process took about ten days, and the full order arrived in Brno three weeks after we approved it. Sizing was consistent across all sizes.”
Petra S.Brno
Verified“We needed 900 flame-resistant coveralls for our welding teams in Ostrava. The FR fabric certificates were supplied with the order, and the stitching quality was better than the last supplier we used. The lead time was a bit longer than we hoped because of fabric sourcing, but they told us that upfront and delivered on the revised date.”
