A.G. Fabrics is a Custom Uniform Manufacturer in United Arab Emirates supplying bulk workwear, corporate, healthcare and industrial uniforms from our Faisalabad, Punjab production base. We handle fabric sourcing, pattern development, sampling, cutting, stitching, embroidery and finishing under one roof, then ship directly to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the wider GCC. Every order is built to your measurements, colours and branding, with sampling before mass production so you know exactly what arrives.
Every service we run in Faisalabad is available to UAE buyers, from single-sample development to full container loads. Hospitality groups in Dubai Marina order made-to-measure front-of-house uniforms; oil and gas contractors in Abu Dhabi order flame-resistant coveralls; logistics fleets in Jebel Ali order hi-vis vests and driver shirts by the thousand. If your requirement is on the list below, we can quote it, sample it and ship it.
Custom Uniform ManufacturingWe build uniforms to your exact specification: fabric, weight, colour, cut, trims and branding. For UAE clients this usually means matching a brand book, a climate requirement and a workforce sizing spread. Sampling runs in 7 days, bulk production in 3 to 5 weeks.View details →

We hold stock fabric in common colours so repeat orders match the first batch. Minimum bulk runs start at 500 pieces per style.View details →

We stitch for UAE clients who supply their own fabric as well as those who buy fabric from us.View details →
Made-to-Measure Uniform ManufacturingFor executive front-of-house, airline crew and management teams, we cut to individual measurements rather than a size chart. Measurement sheets are collected on site or by your HR team, and each garment is tagged to the wearer. Ideal for Dubai hotel and aviation clients.View details →
Uniform Design and Pattern DevelopmentOur pattern room turns a sketch, a photo or an existing worn-out uniform into a production-ready pattern. We grade across the full size range and adjust for UAE climate: lighter weights, more breathable linings, shorter sleeves where required.View details →
Uniform Sampling and Prototype DevelopmentNo UAE order goes into bulk without an approved sample. We produce a wearable prototype in 7 days, ship it by courier, and adjust until you sign off. This single step prevents 90% of the disputes that plague imported uniform orders.View details →
Uniform Fabric Sourcing and Wholesale SupplyWe source poly-cotton, 100% cotton, twill, ripstop, FR-treated fabric, hi-vis polyester and antimicrobial healthcare fabric. UAE buyers can order fabric alone or as part of a finished-goods order. Bulk fabric ships in rolls with mill certificates.View details →
Custom Uniform CuttingComputerised cutting for accuracy across large runs. A 5,000-piece order cut by hand drifts in size; cut by machine, it does not. We cut to your approved pattern and bundle by size and style before stitching, which keeps UAE bulk orders consistent from the first box to the last.View details →
Stitching and FinishingFinal assembly, buttoning, trimming, pressing and packing. Every garment is inspected against your approved sample before it is folded. UAE orders are packed by size and style with a packing list inside each carton so your warehouse can receive without unpacking everything.View details →
Logo Embroidery and MonogrammingMulti-head embroidery for chest logos, sleeve badges, name tags and epaulettes. We digitise your logo once and reuse the file on every repeat order, so the badge on order ten matches the badge on order one. Standard for UAE hotel, security and aviation uniforms.View details →

Every UAE order runs through the same six stages: brief, sample, approval, bulk cutting, stitching and finishing, then export packing. The brief stage is where we ask the questions that matter: what temperature will thes
Standard mid-weight fabrics become unbearable for outdoor staff in UAE summers, and heavy cotton traps sweat and fails early.
How we help: We specify lighter poly-cotton blends, moisture-wicking finishes and open weaves for outdoor roles, and reserve heavier fabric for air-conditioned interiors. Hi-vis and construction garments get breathable mesh panels.
When a hotel reorders 300 housekeeping tunics six months later, a slightly different shade is immediately visible on the floor.
How we help: We hold shade records and stock fabric in common colours for repeat clients. When a new dye lot is unavoidable, we send a shade band for approval before cutting.
A UAE crew may include staff from South Asia, East Africa, Europe and the Philippines, and a single size chart fits none of them well.
How we help: We grade patterns across a wider size range and offer made-to-measure for key staff. For bulk orders we cut to a size breakdown you supply rather than a standard ratio.
Repeat orders arrive in a different shade
Seams split within months of issue
Sizing fits nobody on the crew
Lead times slip every season
You cannot reorder a single replacement piece
Typical 2026 pricing for UAE-bound uniform orders depends on fabric, quantity, branding and finishing. As a guide, basic poly-cotton work shirts land in the range of USD 6 to 14 per piece at 1,000-piece volumes, industrial coveralls run USD 14 to 28, and tailored corporate blazers run USD 35 to 70. Hi-vis vests start lower, while FR-certified coveralls sit at the top of the workwear range because the fabric costs more. Air freight adds cost per kilogram; sea freight to Jebel Ali is cheaper but adds 18 to 25 days. We quote in USD or AED with freight and duties shown separately so you can compare landed cost properly.
We quote within 24 hours on working days and produce samples in 7 days. Bulk production runs 3 to 5 weeks depending on quantity and fabric stock. Air freight to the UAE takes 5 to 7 days; sea freight to Jebel Ali or Port Khalid takes 18 to 25 days. For deadline-critical orders we fast-track sampling to 5 days and lock a production slot on confirmation.
Standard poly-cotton is the most economical option and suits most indoor roles. FR-treated fabric, antimicrobial healthcare fabric and heavy industrial twill cost more per metre, which moves the per-piece price noticeably on large orders.
Unit price drops as volume rises because cutting, setup and embroidery digitising are spread across more pieces. Orders above 1,000 pieces per style get the best rates; orders under 300 pieces carry a higher unit cost.
Embroidered logos, printed logos, name tags, reflective tape and custom trims each add cost. Embroidery digitising is a one-time charge that is reused on every repeat order, so the second order is cheaper than the first.
When we visit the UAE for factory audits, sample reviews or measurement sessions, we plan routes around the main landmarks so we are not stuck in traffic. Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road and Abu Dhabi's Corniche are the two spines we work around, and most client meetings happen within a short drive of one of them. For deliveries, we route through Jebel Ali and Port Khalid for sea freight and Dubai International and Abu Dhabi International for air.

“We ordered 1,200 security guard uniforms for our Dubai contracts and the shade matched our previous supplier exactly, which we did not expect. Sampling took a week and the bulk order arrived by air in under five weeks. Name badges and epaulettes were embroidered cleanly. We have already placed a second order for our Sharjah sites.”

Verified“Our hospital needed scrubs in six department colours and the colour consistency across 2,400 pieces was excellent. The fabric handles 60°C washing without fading, which our previous supplier's scrubs did not. Packing was organised by facility and size, so our stores team received everything without repacking.”

Verified“We run a delivery fleet out of Jebel Ali and the driver shirts have held up far better than what we used before. The mesh panels make a real difference in summer. Reordering is simple because they keep our logo file and fabric shade on record. Delivery timing has been reliable on every order so far.”

Yes. Send us a worn sample or a Pantone reference and we will match the fabric shade and reproduce your logo from artwork or a photograph. We digitise the logo once and keep the file on record, so every repeat order carries the same badge. Shade bands are sent for approval before bulk cutting.
Bulk production starts at 500 pieces per style for most garments, though some simple items can run lower. For repeat clients we cut small top-up orders of 20 to 50 pieces because we already hold the pattern and fabric shade. Sampling is available at single-piece quantity before any bulk commitment.
